Quality Inspection Preparation
Ensure the jewellery is placed back in its original Kaushalya Art box with all certificates and tags intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Secure Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will schedule a secure courier pickup from your address; please ensure the package is sealed before handing it over.
Refund Processing
